Patchwork Bart Simpson Jeans DIY!

We have an obsession with Bart Simpson patches. We have been collecting them from Flea Markets, Etsy and Ebay and decided to do something with them...a DIY!!! We took a pair of black H&M jeans, distressed them and cut holes and washed them a few times, to make our own patchwork distressed Bart Simpson patch jeans (now that's a mouthful!)

What you need:
-Some Bart Simpson patches
- A pair of jeans (we used black H&M ones)
-Extra denim scraps to cut up to make the patches
-An iron
-A sewing kit

We cut some denim patches and threw them into the washing machine and dryer so that they would fray before sewing/ironing the Bart patches on. Then, we took the black denim jeans and cut holes in them and pinned the denim patches (with the pre- sewn on Bart patches) to find the placement on the jeans. The last step takes a little bit longer, hand sewing the Bart patches on. We recommend putting on a good movie, and getting to work which makes it more fun :) Chloe is featured on Refinery 29 wearing them!
